Randy Nicklaus, MS

Randy has served as the executive director of 2-1-1 Big Bend, Inc. (formerly Telephone Counseling and Referral Service) in Tallahassee, FL since 1985. 2-1-1 Big Bend operates Helpline 2-1-1 that provides 24/7 information and crisis hotline services for the eight-county Big Bend area. The agency also operates statewide hotlines including the Florida HIV/AIDS Hotline, the Family Health Line, and the Parent Help Line.

Randy holds two masters degrees from Florida State University, one in Counseling and Human Systems and the other in Higher Education.

Current local affiliations include Leadership Tallahassee Class 9, Association of Fundraising Professionals - Big Bend Chapter (board member) and United Partners for Human Services (board member).

He currently serves on the board of the Florida Alliance of Information and Referral Services (FLAIRS) and is a former board president. He is a past board member and president of the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS), an international professional organization.
