Mark Payne

Mark is a Member/Owner of James Moore & Co., P.L., a regional CPA firm with offices in Tallahassee, Gainesville & Daytona Beach. Mark has degree in Accounting/Finance from Florida State University. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and a member of AICPA, FICPA, Government Finance Officers' Association, and Florida Government Finance Officers' Association.

Mark is responsible for the business development and management of accounting, auditing and business consulting services to a wide range of clients, including professional associations, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies as well as a variety of businesses and building contractors. Mark has extensive knowledge with Federal and state tax and compliance issues.

Mark is active in the community through his involvement with SNAP of Florida, Inc. and United Partners for Human Services, Inc., as well as various nonprofit organizations.
