Kay Freeman

Kay Freeman is the Executive Director of The Big Bend Homeless Coaliton. She has had the pleasure of serving in this capacity for the past four years.

Kay's career in the world of not for profit spans more than 25 years. She brings both experience and passion for the needs of others to all her positions.

Currently Kay, in partnership with her Board of Directors, has raised over $3.4 million dollars to help end homelessness one person at a time.

Kay is also the recent recipient of the Leadership Tallahassee 2005 Leader of the Year Award for her efforts in developing HOPE Community, a recipient of the 2006 Women of Year Award from TCC, and a Leadership Tallahassee Class 23 graduate.
