Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the on going maintenance and development of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), training of HMIS users and generating of reports using HMIS data.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter client and provider data, on and off site, and generates monthly reports
  • Trains HMIS users in computer hardware and software use, security and data entry
  • Maintains computer hardware and software
  • Maintains data integrity and executes modifications on all databases
  • Maintains network security, privacy and confidentiality
Fund Development Coordinator

Fund Development Coordinator is responsible for strategizing, creating, implementing and managing all development activities including the capital campaign and the identification of funding opportunities and coordinates the preparation and submission of grant proposals, building relations and securing financial support from the community at large. The position also assists with and may take the lead with special events activities.
